Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Affectedjim Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@affectedjim.property and include:
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
